Child and Family Investigator
Bill has extensive experience serving in the role of a Child and Family Investigator (what was formally known as a Special Advocate). For those who find themselves in the unfortunate situation where a court appointed evaluator is needed to assist in resolving parental disputes, a fair and seasoned professional is needed. Bill takes the role of a CFI very seriously and will do his best to help the parents develop a parenting plan themselves, or if necessary, will author and recommended a plan that puts the children's interests first and foremost. As you may know, the court puts a lot of weight into the CFI's recommendation. So make sure you have one that will give the time and attention that your children deserve.
